If you are not happy with your MADUEM product, just send it back in 30 days. Returning decision is completely up to you independently from a reason.
All products that our customers want to return must be in their original condition like we sent at the first place. We cannot return or exchange products that have been damaged or altered in any way as well as customized, engraved products.
Please note: The best way to guarantee a return a product is to keep your Maduem product in new and sellable condition.
